Partnership with repairs and maintenance specialist strengthens our offering
M Squared Ltd has announced its investment in EBS Construction in a “pivotal” moment for both businesses.
EBS specialises in structural repairs, stone masonry and building restoration works. The Glasgow-based firm is a well-respected player in the repairs and maintenance sector, having worked on projects across Scotland for the last 30 years.
Its offering perfectly complements our commercial landscaping, maintenance and groundworks services.
Now we are looking to build on our shared ethos and synergies and capitalise on different areas of expertise and experience our teams have.
The move will allow both businesses to offer enhanced and expanded service offerings to their clients.

EBS’s team have a wealth of experience, with a combined 200+ years of experience between them. Its directors, David Sinclair and Brian Ticcioni, will remain with the business, working with our management team to build on EBS’s extensive client base and grow its presence in the repair and maintenance sector.
